PEMA FASILKOM-TI: Pemerintahan Mahasiswa Fasilkom-TI USU
An executive organization called Student Government of the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (PEMA Fasilkom-TI) USU was formed on December 21, 2012 and is based in the Fasilkom-TI USU Building, University Street No. 24 A USU Campus, Medan. PEMA Fasilkom-TI USU acts as a student representative at the faculty level, whose main function is to voice student aspirations to the faculty and university. PEMA is also responsible for organizing activities that support students' academic and non-academic development, such as seminars and workshops, and acts as a liaison between students and the faculty. In addition, PEMA is active in empowering students in various fields and advocating for academic and non-academic issues faced by students.

HIMATIF USU: Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknologi Informasi USU
HIMATIF USU is the student association of the Information Technology study program at the Universitas Sumatera Utara. This organization was founded on April 28, 2008 under the name Himatel, then changed its name to Himatif on September 17, 2011. Himatif is an internal organization of the University of North Sumatra, under the Student Government of the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of North Sumatra.
