Medan, May 12, 2026 — The Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Universitas Sumatera Utara (Fasilkom-TI USU), is once again opening opportunities for prospective students to continue their studies in the Master’s (S2) and Doctoral (S3) Programs for the 2026 Academic Year.

Registration is conducted online through the official admission website:

The registration period runs from May 6 to June 29, 2026. Applicants are required to complete data confirmation and print their examination card no later than June 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM WIB.

The selection stages include:

• TPDA Examination by PLTI on July 6, 2026
• Interview and subject examination at each respective study program on July 15–16, 2026
• Announcement of admission results on July 24, 2026 through:

Requirements for the Master’s Program (S2)

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from USU or other universities, proven by a diploma or Certificate of Graduation (SKTL) for the current year. In addition, applicants must submit:

• Undergraduate academic transcript
• Recent 3x4 photograph
• Recommendation letters from two lecturers or supervisors (for employed applicants)
• National ID card (KTP)
• Data confirmation documents
• TPDA examination participation
• Interview participation at the relevant study program

Requirements for the Doctoral Program (S3)

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree (S2) from USU or other universities by submitting:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s diplomas or SKTL
• Undergraduate and graduate academic transcripts
• Recent 3x4 photograph
• Recommendation letters from two lecturers or supervisors
• National ID card (KTP)
• Data confirmation documents
• TPDA examination participation
• Study program interview participation
• Dissertation proposal

Registration Fees

• Master’s Program (S2): IDR 1,000,000
• Doctoral Program (S3): IDR 1,500,000

Payments must be made through a BNI Virtual Account. Please note that registration fees that have been paid are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or admission period.
