The Master's Program in Informatics is an outstanding program in education, research, and social contributions on a national and international scale in the field of computer engineering, particularly in the areas of Cyber Security, Machine Learning, and Internet of Things. This is achieved through the development of knowledge and technology to produce innovative works that solve scientific, technological, and practical issues in society. The program emphasizes the management and development of research, which is measured and scientifically tested, resulting in national and international recognition.

  1. Conducting the integration of new ideas (improvements/innovations) through ethical, logical, critical, systematic, creative, and innovative thinking, concepts, and scientific studies for the advancement of the field of computer engineering/computer science. These ideas should be capable of being published in accredited national journals or reputable international journals.
  2. Developing expertise in informatics/computer science with an interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary approach to solving relevant and complex societal or industry problems.
  3. Critically and professionally evaluating research planning or project implementation.
