Fasilkom-TI USU hosted 105 students from SMAS Sukma Bangsa to introduce its academic programs, campus life, and opportunities in computer science and information technology.

Medan, May 6, 2025 – The Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Universitas Sumatera Utara (Fasilkom-TI USU), recently welcomed a class visit from SMAS Sukma Bangsa Lhokseumawe. The visit was met with great enthusiasm and active participation from both students and accompanying teachers.

A total of 105 students and 5 teachers participated in the session, which aimed to provide insight into the academic environment and available study programs at Fasilkom-TI USU. During the visit, students had the opportunity to explore the campus atmosphere, tour the laboratories, and learn more about the opportunities offered in the fields of computer science and information technology.

The visit also served as a platform for sharing inspiration among lecturers, educational staff, and students, who discussed various technology-related topics and today's digital education.

This activity is part of the faculty's ongoing efforts to foster collaboration and engagement with high schools. It helps students gain early exposure to university life and better prepare for their academic future.
