Mr. Ivan Jaya, S.Si, M.Kom was born in Jakarta, on July 7, 1984. He started his studies in Sumatra, namely, at Universitas Sumatera Utara. He completed an Undergraduate program in Mathematics at FMIPA USU and a Master's in Informatics Engineering at Fasilkom-TI USU. He is also pursuing a Doctorate in Computer Science at Fasilkom-TI USU.
Mr. Ivan started his career as a lecturer at Facilkom-TI USU in 2016 until now teaching web programming. Not only as a teaching staff, Mr. Ivan has also held a quality assurance group for Fasilkom-TI USU. He has served as an expert staff for the Dean of Research, Community Service, and Quality Management at Fasilkom-TI USU.
Mr. Ivan's research area is about machine learning. He has also received several achievements during his career in education, such as Certified Data Center Professional - Exin (2019 - 2022), Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (2021), and Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (2021).

In his achievements during his career journey, he never forgets some of the advice he got from the people closest to him, namely
- The best human being is the one who can benefit others;
- Bind knowledge by writing it down; and
- Always remember Allah, be grateful for His blessings, and worship Him as best you can.
