Profile

Herriyance, ST, M.Kom, was born in Medan, on October 24, 1980. He obtained his Bachelor degree in Informatics Engineering (Sekolah Tinggi Teknik Harapan Medan) in 2005, then completed his Masters in Information Technology at Universitas Putra Indonesia (UPI), Padang in 2009.
Herriyance, S.T., M.Kom started his career as a lecturer at Fasilkom-TI in 2012 until now and was given the mandate as Secretary of the Computer Science Undergraduate Study Program for the period of 2017 to 2021. In 2013, he became Secretary of Online Journal of Computer Science. He is active in the Aptikom Wil. 1 Sumut-Aceh and participated in the Planting of a Thousand Trees at Computer Science Study Program USU and became a presenter at the debriefing activity for new students at STMIK Triguna Dharma Medan in Sibolangit in 2014.
Currently he is pursuing several research fields including artificial intelligence, robotics and the Internet of Things which has resulted in several scientific publications including the Pengembangan Sistem Kontrol Otomatis Untuk Mengontrol PH Tanah Menggunakan Mikrokontroller (2019), Pengembangan Sistem Kontrol Otomatis Untuk Mengontrol PH Tanah Menggunakan Mikrokontroller (2019), Menggerakkan Robot Untuk Mengontrol Objek Menggunakan Gestur Tangan Dengan Logika Fuzzy (2020), and several other scientific publications listed in SINTA.
