Profile

Dedy Arisandi ST., M.Kom was born in Medan on August 31, 1979. He completed his undergraduate education in Informatics Engineering at Sekolah Tinggi Teknik Harapan Medan in 2003 and completed his master degree in Information Technology at Universitas Putra Indonesia in 2009. Mr. Dedy Arisandi attended a training regarding Database Design and Programming with SQL from Oracle Academy in 2020.

Mr. Dedy Arisandi started his career at Universitas Sumatera Utara in 2009. He held a structural position for the first time as Head of Programming Laboratory for the period of 2012 to 2017 which was then followed as an expert staff of dean from 2016 to 2017. After, Mr. Dedy Arisandi assumed the position of Head Database Laboratory for the period of 2017 to 2021, followed by the manager of Data Center and Information System at Unit Manajemen Mutu USU for the period of 2018-2021. Currently, Mr. Dedy Arisandi is the Secretary of Information Technology Undergraduate Study Program at Fasilkom-IT USU for the period 2021-2026.

Mr. Dedy Arisandi's field of research is related to the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, and Human Computer Interaction.
