The Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (Fasilkom-TI) of the University of North Sumatra (USU) has collaborated with several start-ups such as Blibli, Informatics-Metrodata Integration Partners, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha (DOKU) .

This collaboration was carried out to discuss the implementation of digital transformation and the development of a technology-based curriculum at USU. Meetings to discuss collaboration between Fasilkom-TI and several startups were held on different days and in different places.

The first meeting was held on 14 November 2022 with Blibli at the Sarana Jaya Building, Gambir. The second meeting was held on 15 November 2022 with Informatics-Metrodata Integration Partners at APL Tower, West Jakarta. Next, on November 16 2022 with AWS at Equality Tower, South Jakarta and November 17 2022 with PT Nusa Satu Inti Artha (DOKU) at Senayan Kebayoran.

The purpose of this collaboration is to produce points of collaboration in building mutually beneficial cooperation for both parties, for example in collaboration with AWS, which is expected to develop a cloud computing-based curriculum at USU.
